Using v band clamp retainer is perfect for applications requiring frequent removal. And V-Clamp has a captive (non-removable)T-bolt closure. This style of the clamp can develop high axial clamping force with high burst pressure capability in diesel exhaust, turbochargers, and other industrial applications. Very easy to assemble and disassemble and no leak.
This type of clamp is widely used in flange connection of circular pipes, sealing of containers and barrels, ventilation and exhaust, fire protection, water treatment pipe connection, etc., also includes filter racks, turbocharger systems, exhaust systems, and industrial applications that require flange-to-flange face joints, etc.
The material of T-type V-band clamps are normally: 201 and 304. The product is composed of four parts: steel belt, band, bolt and nut. It is sealed with stainless steel belt and V-shaped belt ring. The clamp is bent and formed by the mold, and has the design of anti-loosening spring, which can hold the hose tightly under various complicated working conditions with strong sealing performance. It can add a release valve device to the bolt to form a quick release function. It can also add flanges to the band, The male and female flanges are widely used for installation. Their unique positioning bands are more convenient for welding, and avoid shift during installation to fix firmly. One of the characteristics of the T-type V-band clamp is that it can be adjusted slightly. It works lightly and fast to make sure the flanges and seals are adjusted evenly and tightly.
